Oliver is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, who moved to Birmingham with his family in 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Samford University and his Juris Doctor from The University of Mississippi School of Law. During his time at the University of Mississippi, he was involved in the Black Law Students Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the George C. Cochran Innocence Project.
As a long-term legal intern at our firm, Oliver has worked on a variety of cases in many capacities from taking statements to drafting pleadings to translating and more on behalf of our clients. Oliver plans to sit for the bar exam and hopes to soon be admitted so he can represent our clients in court. Additionally, he has an interest in probate and other forms of civil litigation. Oliver speaks French, Haitian Creole, and dabbles in Spanish. He is engaged to be married to his college sweetheart with plans to hold a ceremony in the Spring of 2022.
Gaby is a third-year student at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a long-term legal intern at our firm. At Cumberland, she serves as the President of the Hispanic Interest Law Student Association (HILSA). Additionally, she is a member of the Center for Children, Law, and Ethics, and she serves as leader of the "Child/Youth Protection of Entertainers and Influencers" team.
In 2019, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish from Auburn University. In her free time, she enjoys learning to cook new recipes, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Liliana is a third-year law student at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. At Cumberland she is the Vice President of the Hispanic Interest Law Student Association. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
In 2018, Liliana received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her pet dog, Minnie, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
